About Me

This is the personal site of Jake Hulsh. Jake advises NYC property owners on what their property is worth, both as an income-producing building and as a development site, working alongside Bob Knakal at BKREA.
At BKREA, Jake has sold development sites across Manhattan, including 500 Columbus Avenue, 10 West 17th Street, 11 East 78th Street, 57 East 55th Street (the historic Friars Club building), 42 Second Avenue, and 8-10 Maiden Lane.
Jake began his career at VERO Leasing, where he played an important role in launching products designed to streamline the leasing process for both landlords and renters. As one of the company's earliest employees, Jake was pivotal in shaping customer acquisition and retention strategies, contributing to significant company growth during his tenure.
Later, Jake spearheaded a partnership strategy at Obligo that established key alliances with institutional property management platforms such as RealPage and AppFolio, Inc. His efforts expanded the company's market reach and solidified long-term success for these partnerships.
With five and a half years of experience in property technology across these two roles, Jake is positioned to deliver client-focused solutions to ensure optimal results for his clients in New York City's competitive real estate market.
